Cambridge is seeking a Corporate Trainer to join our Training & Education team. In this role, you'll design, deliver, and continuously improve learning experiences that build technical, professional, operational, product, and business process knowledge across the organization. You'll work closely with subject matter experts and stakeholders to create impactful training solutions that support associate success and business objectives.Design and facilitate instructor-led, virtual, blended, flipped-classroom, and self-paced learning programs.Develop training materials including facilitator guides, learner resources, assessments, job aids, and digital learning content.Support Learning Management System (LMS) administration, reporting, enrollments, and learner support.Conduct learning needs assessments, performance gap analyses, and stakeholder consultations to identify effective learning solutions.Measure learning effectiveness and use data-driven insights to continuously improve training programs.Location: Phoenix, AZ, or Fairfield, IA – Hybrid in-office 3 days/weekSalary Range: $55,000-70,000Cambridge has competitive benefits and promotes a work/life balance to encourage individual success.Premium benefit package including medical, vision, dental, life and long-term disability insuranceVacation/sick time401K retirement plan with company matching programEleven paid holidaysCambridge is a financial solutions firm that provides business support services to thousands of independent financial advisors.
