Physical Therapist — Atrius Health — Dedham, MA The Physical Therapist evaluates, develops, and implements treatment plans for patients. Primary Responsibilities Plan and implement therapeutic programs based on established goals, considering medical recommendations, protocols, and precautions; these programs may include the use of modalities. Supervise Physical Therapist Assistants, ensuring treatments align with patient goals and treatment plans and communicate prognosis to the assistants. Complete documentation that meets federal and state guidelines. Maintain licensure in compliance with federal and state regulations. Required Qualifications Bachelor of Science in Physical Therapy. Current licensed Physical Therapist in Massachusetts. Preferred Qualifications American Heart Association Basic Life Support (BLS). Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) certified (required for some specialties). 1+ year of outpatient experience; new graduates encouraged to apply. Pay & Benefits Full‑time: $35.00–$62.50 per hour, based on experience and education. Part‑time pay is prorated accordingly. Sign‑on bonus available: $10,000 for full‑time external candidates and $3,500 for part‑time external candidates.
