Hourly Pay Range $40.45 - $62.70 - The hourly pay rate offered is determined by a candidate's expertise and years of experience, among other factors. Position Highlights Position: Registered Nurse (RN) - Coordinator Specialty Programs Location: Elmhurst, IL Full Time: 40 hours / week Office Hours: Monday - Friday 8:00 AM - 4:30 PM What You Will Do Coordinate applicable program(s) and other initiatives, providing clinical and administrative leadership in patient care. Coordinate and evaluate operations and clinical program processes to ensure delivery of quality patient care. Assist leadership with establishing goals for the program to provide patient‑focused quality care, patient satisfaction, and cost‑efficient care. Provide direct oversight and responsibility for program regulatory accreditation. What You Will Need Current Illinois RN licensure Bachelor's Degree in Nursing Current CPR for Healthcare Providers Self‑starter, able to handle periods of high stress Comfortable with prolonged periods of standing, walking, sitting, bending, reaching, climbing, and repetitive use of hands Ability to lift up to 40 lbs. and carry/push up to 20 lbs.
