As a Personal Banker within PNC's retail branch organization, you will be based in Skokie, IL. Bilingual Spanish or Polish is preferred. Job Description Acquire and deepen the branch customer base through proactive sales and service activities. Manage the customer experience by identifying opportunities to improve financial wellbeing and grow customer share of wallet. Drive proactive sales conversations through outbound calling, service to sales, teller interactions, appointment setting, and effective lobby engagement, ultimately elevating client loyalty. Create customer loyalty and grow customer share of wallet through a differentiated customer experience and lobby engagement activities. Apply product and procedural knowledge to resolve client problems effectively, driving loyalty. Manage risk through adherence to all policies and procedures, demonstrating sound judgment within established limits and ensuring efficient and accurate daily operations. Managing Risk – Assess and manage all risks associated with business objectives to ensure adherence to PNC's Enterprise Risk Management Framework. Licenses Candidates being considered for this position will be subject to additional background checks as required by Consumer Financial Protection Bureau regulations. Pay Transparency Base Salary: $45,375.00 – $75,625.00 Salary may vary based on geographic location, market data and on individual skills, experience, and education. This role is incentive eligible with payments based upon company, business, and/or individual performance.
