Sales Associate

What You’ll Do Provide outstanding customer service and make the shopping experience fun and memorable. Share your passion and knowledge for our products to help customers find the perfect item. Handle checkout for in‑store purchases, online pick‑up, and process truck unloads as needed. Maintain merchandising, pricing, signage, and floor replenishment standards. Contribute to a safe shopping environment. Qualifications Can‑do attitude and commitment to a collaborative, respectful culture. Retail experience a plus but not required. Excellent communication, time‑management, and conversation‑initiating skills. Minimum age 16 years. Ability to lift up to 40 lbs. Benefits & Compensation Hourly pay range $18.50–$19.00. Full‑time and part‑time associates are eligible to participate in the Company’s 401(k) retirement savings plan after three (3) months of service. All associates earn paid sick leave; full‑time associates receive vacation and paid holidays.
