Applications Engineer

Job Description Our client has a need for an Application's Engineer to provide engineering support for the Aftermarket Parts and Service division. To be successful in this role candidates need a detailed understanding of both the technical and business processes related to the design and supply of standardized and custom industrial heating processing equipment Job Duties:
- Provide engineering support for customer issues
- Provide engineering support Service & Parts Department
- Provide support for retrofit projects as needed. Retrofit support will typically include assistance with quotes and budgeting. This may also require site visits to evaluate customer equipment.
- Manage the details and schedules for all of the above.
- Bachelor's degree in chemical or mechanical engineering from an accredited 4 year university.
- 5 or more years of direct industry experience engineering thermal fluid heaters, heat exchangers, boilers or similar industrial processing equipment.
- Strong communication skills written and verbal.
- Strong customer service mindset.
