Delivery Driver

span style=font-size:12pt;span style=font-family:Aptos, sans-serif;A strongDelivery Driver /strongloads, transports, delivers, and/or picks up parts and equipment for the dealership to clients or businesses in a safe, timely manner./span/spanbr / span style=font-size:12pt;span style=font-family:Aptos, sans-serif;strongResponsibilities:/strong/span/span ul lispan style=font-size:12pt;span style=font-family:Aptos, sans-serif;Must adhere to assigned routes, schedules, safety procedures, and transportation laws./span/span/li lispan style=font-size:12pt;span style=font-family:Aptos, sans-serif;Picks up and delivers parts and equipment to customers, satellite stores, wholesale accounts, and vendors./span/span/li lispan style=font-size:12pt;span style=font-family:Aptos, sans-serif;Delivers parts to Body Shop when needed and distributes to appropriate Body Technicians./span/span/li lispan style=font-size:12pt;span style=font-family:Aptos, sans-serif;Verifies that invoice matches purchase order for each pick-up and checks payments received for deliveries./span/span/li lispan style=font-size:12pt;span style=font-family:Aptos, sans-serif;Keeps an accurate log of daily deliveries and pick-ups. Requests recipients signature on each delivery entry./span/span/li lispan style=font-size:12pt;span style=font-family:Aptos, sans-serif;Unloads truck each night. Turns in all paperwork and undelivered parts./span/span/li lispan style=font-size:12pt;span style=font-family:Aptos, sans-serif;Handles basic maintenance of the truck including filling the tank with gas, checking oil, keeping it clean, and making sure required inspections are performed. Advises Parts Manager of any need for major repairs/maintenance./span/span/li lispan style=font-size:12pt;span style=font-family:Aptos, sans-serif;Helps maintain the professional appearance of the Parts Department and provides excellent customer service./span/span/li lispan style=font-size:12pt;span style=font-family:Aptos, sans-serif;Inspecting, protecting, and maintaining company assets, merchandise, vehicles, buildings, and people./span/span/li /ul ul li/li /ul span style=font-size:12pt;span style=font-family:Aptos, sans-serif;Border International provides quality service from start to finish with our fully equipped mobile service trucks and our certified technicians.
