Group Details:- Physician-owned and physician-directed organization specializing in Primary Care for patients of all ages
- 8 practice locations throughout the greater Dayton, Ohio region

- Team of 45 physicians across Family Medicine, Internal Medicine, and Pediatrics
- Successfully serving the community for more than 25 years

- 3 year Partnership Track - Earn 80-100K in bonuses after making partner!

- Sign-on Bonus: 20K
- Time Off: 3 weeks of PTO, 1 Week of Sick, 1 Week of CME
- Student Loan Repayment: 60K over 3 years
- Location: Dayton, OH
- Family Medicine Physician
- Full-time position. 100% Outpatient Clinic Setting
- Hours: M-F: 8:30am - 5pm
- 20 patients per day - NP/PA Assistance with Patient Volume
- Group emphasizes quality over volume
- Primary role is adult medicine. Group employs pediatricians for child care
- Attend and participate in meetings and organization initiatives
- Shared call between multiple providers
- Board Certified / Board Eligible Family Medicine
- Ability to have an Ohio Medical License
