Hybrid Contract Admin

Position Overview: The Contract Administrator is responsible for auditing new contract packages for loan funding, identifying and escalating errors to the proper team to communicate with the dealer to correct errors. This person plays a crucial role in ensuring the integrity and compliance of all incoming contracts. This position is responsible for meticulously reviewing contract documentation, verifying adherence to company policies and regulatory standards, and facilitating the timely and accurate processing of accounts. Job Title: Contract Admin Location: Fort Worth, TX 76177 Hybrid: In office 4 days a week, work from home 1 day per week (once training is completed) Duration: 6 Months (Can be extended) Pay Rate: $27/hour Training: 4 weeks of in office training 8:00am-5:00pm Start date: July 6, 2026, but subject to change Key Responsibilities Perform detailed audits on incoming contracts to confirm that all fields and documents meet company and regulatory compliance standards. Ensure all necessary documents are included, properly filled out, and signed according to various state and federal regulations. If all is clear, take necessary steps to fund the contract and book the account into the portfolio system. If gaps are identified, document the errors and assign the application to Discrepancy team to review and contact the dealer to resolve.
