Now hiring full-time and part-time positions.Responsibilities:Prep vegetables, proteins and sauces for use in recipesFollow food safety guidelines for cooking, cooling & storageFollow safety and sanitation proceduresFollow recipe proceduresKeep equipment clean and organizedComplete duties without constant supervisionRequirements:Minimum age 18 or older, based on applicable state & local requirementsAvailable to work weekend and holiday shiftsAbility to read recipes, prep sheets, spec charts in EnglishAble to competently handle a knife and other kitchen utensilsAble to competently operate kitchen equipmentContinuous standing, bending and lifting up to 60 poundsExposure to heat of equipment and kitchen environmentThis franchise is independently owned and operated by a franchisee.
