From building scalable interview frameworks to creating a candidate experience that reflects our values, the team lays the foundation for the long-term success of Relativity.About the Role:Our Talent Acquisition team is seeking full-cycle Technical Recruiters (3 of them) to build strong, collaborative partnerships with hiring managers, understand their hiring goals, and develop effective recruiting strategies. Theseroles support several Long Beach–based organizations, with openings aligned to Manufacturing, Operations and Design Engineering.You will partner closely with hiring managers to gain a deep understanding of their teams, projects, and talent needs. You will be responsible for sourcing, engaging, managing, and closing high-performing candidates throughout the full recruiting lifecycle.Become a subject matter expert in hardware technical recruiting and partner closely with senior leaders and hiring managers to define and identify top talent in this fieldDevelop creative strategies to engage passive candidates, leveraging industry expertise, market insights, and data to effectively close candidatesServe as a trusted advisor to hiring managers and interview teams within Manufacturing EngineeringDevelop and implement ideas to strengthen the recruiting funnel, build equitable interview processes, evaluate and introduce new tools, and stay informed on industry technology trends and competitive market dataAdvocate for an exceptional candidate experience throughout the hiring processOnsite requirement: This is a fully onsite role based at our Long Beach headquarters. You can expect to work onsite five days per week to support interviews, team meetings, and hiring manager discussionsAbout You:3+ years of full-cycle technical recruiting experience within fast-scaling, high-growth organizationsProven track record of sourcing passive talent and successfully filling early- to mid-career rolesDemonstrated experience partnering with hiring managers to develop and execute targeted sourcing strategiesExperience negotiating offers and using creative closing strategies to secure top talentExperience improving recruiting processes to drive greater efficiency and effectivenessNice to haves but not required: Experience recruiting for rapidly scaling hardware and manufacturing organizationsExperience managing both high-volume, non-exempt hiring and specialized exempt searches simultaneouslyAbility to quickly pivot between departments, priorities, and hiring needsAt Relativity Space, we are committed to transparency and fairness in our compensation practices.
