Physical Therapist - Full Time

Minimum Requirements:
Bachelor's, Master's or Doctoral Degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited school approved by the APTA
Active State License is Required to Start the Position
BLS Certification May Be Required from AHA or ARC
Home Health experience strongly preferred
Experience with Start of Care (SOC) visits preferred
Familiarity with driving in Phoenix and surrounding areas is advantageous
