Schedule: Monday–Friday, 6:00 PM up to 10:00 PM
About the Role
Genesis Housings is looking for a dependable and detail‐oriented Evening Janitorial team member to help maintain a clean, safe, and welcoming facility. This role is essential to ensuring our students, staff, and guests enjoy a healthy environment every day.
Responsibilities
- Clean and sanitize classrooms, offices, restrooms, and shared areas
- Sweep, vacuum, and mop floors
- Empty trash receptacles and replace liners
- Dust furniture, fixtures, and equipment
- Restock paper products, soap, and other supplies
- Perform basic floor care (experience preferred)
- Report maintenance or safety concerns to the supervisor
- Lock and secure the building after shift completion
- Complete additional cleaning tasks as assigned
Education and Experience:
High school diploma or general education degree (GED) preferred but not required. A minimum of one (1) year of related experience in a similar service related position preferred but not required.
Language Skills:
Ability to read and interpret safety rules and chemical labels.
