The ideal candidate has a strong background in HR and office management, with hands-on experience in shipping logistics, QuickBooks Online, customer portals, and accounting.Key Responsibilities of the Human Resources/Office Manager:Lead recruiting, interviewing, and onboarding of new employeesManage employee relations, performance evaluations, and employee concernsMaintain employee records in compliance with company policy and legal regulationsAdminister employee benefits and assist with payroll processingOversee day-to-day office operations, supplies, equipment, and maintenanceBook trucks, coordinate with logistics partners, and track shipments and deliveriesManage accounts payable and receivable in QuickBooks; process invoices and track expensesManage customer portals and respond to customer inquiries with sales and customer serviceQualifications of the Human Resources/Office Manager:Proven experience in HR, office management, and logistics in manufacturing or a similar industryProficiency in QuickBooks (online) and related financial softwareStrong organizational and multitasking skills with attention to detailExcellent communication and interpersonal skillsAbility to adapt to a fast-paced work environmentFamiliarity with CNC machining processes - HIGHLY DESIRED, but not requiredA successful candidate will be subject to a background check and must receive satisfactory results of the same, as a condition of joining the team.By applying for this role, you confirm that all information submitted is accurate and complete.
