Student Internship - Marketing and Creative Services

Workweek will be provided the week of August 24, 2026 Video and photo shoots for event coverage including student activities, building spaces, and classroom or lab activities. Video interviews of students, faculty, and staff for social media promotions and recruitment. Shoot video on a Panasonic GH5s or Canon R8. Shoot photos on a Canon R8. Record audio with a lavalier microphone system. Shoot video on iPhone Pro Max with an included stabilizer. Transfer video from cameras to desktop computer. Video editing in Premiere Pro or DaVinci Resolve, including sync of dual system sound. Photo editing in Lightroom. Assume additional duties as assigned by the Executive Director of Marketing and Creative Services and/or Digital Media Specialists Required Qualifications Must register for DGM250 when hired for the position High School Diploma or equivalent Must be enrolled in 6 credit hours at MCC Must hold a minimum of a 2.0 GPA (If you’re a first semester student, GPA requirement is waived) Desired Qualifications: Bilingual Upon Hire: Background Check Completion I9 Verification with Human Resources Completion of Compliance Trainings Skills and Specifications: Excellent communication, interpersonal, reception, and telephone skills Must be able to push or lift up to 50lbs Ability to sit, walk, and stand up to 4 hours Ability to use Microsoft Office 365 products Ability to use office equipment (copier, multi-line phone, etc.) #J-18808-Ljbffr Mchenry-County-College
