If you are a dynamic trainer currently struggling to find growth opportunities in a traditional box gym, this is the perfect opportunity for you to unleash your potential and make a significant impact on the lives of our clients.ResponsibilitiesConduct one-on-one massage therapy sessions with clients in their homes or other designated locations.Assess clients' needs and develop personalized treatment plans based on their goals, preferences, and physical condition.Provide ongoing support and education to clients on the benefits of regular massage therapy and recovery practices.Monitor client progress and adjust treatment approaches as needed to ensure continued results.Educate clients on proper post-session care, stretching routines, and the role of massage in a balanced wellness lifestyle.Foster a professional, relaxing, and client-centered environment that promotes comfort, trust, and satisfaction.Maintain professional and effective communication with clients and the GYMGUYZ team.QualificationsState-licensed massage therapy certification (e.g., NCBTMB, AMTA-recognized program)CPR/AED certification1–2 years of experience in massage therapy or a clinical/wellness setting is preferred but not required.Genuine passion for helping clients recover, reduce pain, and improve overall well-being.Strong knowledge of massage modalities, anatomy, and soft tissue techniques.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.Ability to build rapport and create a consistently positive client experience.Reliable transportation and a valid driver's license.Flexible schedule, including availability for evenings and weekends.GYMGUYZ is # 1 in Home Personal Training!
