Pay Rate:

The pay rate for this job is $25 - $25 / hour*

What you'll be doing as an Extruder Operator:

• Set up and operate extrusion machinery according to production specifications
• Monitor machine performance and make adjustments as needed to maintain product quality
• Perform quality checks, including measuring film thickness, width, and appearance
• Troubleshoot equipment and process issues
• Complete production paperwork and maintain accurate records
• Change materials, rolls, and tooling as required
• Keep the work area clean and follow all safety procedures

Available shifts:

Shift timings - 1st Shift (Day), 3rd Shift (Night)

Job requirements:

• Applicants must be at least 18 years of age to be considered for employment with PeopleReady
• High school diploma or equivalent
• 1-2 years of experience in extrusion preferred
• Previous forklift certification preferred
• Ability to read production tickets
• Ability to work at an accelerated pace
• Ability to perform math calculations; and measure using measuring tape or other instrument
• Ability to communicate effectively both verbally and in writing
• Must be computer literate
• Must be dedicated to continuous improvement
• Must be able to lift 50 pounds, bend, stretch, or stand for extended periods of time
• Background check and Drug test required
