LHH Recruitment Solutions is partnering with a growing organization to identify a detail-oriented Supply Chain Coordinator. This role supports purchasing activities, supplier communications, inventory coordination, and material delivery tracking to help ensure smooth operations across multiple projects and departments. The ideal candidate will have strong organizational skills, experience working with vendors, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. This position is temp to hire and will pay between $25 and $29/hr.

Responsibilities

• Process purchase orders for equipment, materials, and operational supply needs.
• Coordinate with approved suppliers to obtain pricing, product availability, and delivery schedules.
• Maintain vendor pricing records and purchasing documentation.
• Monitor purchase orders from issuance through final delivery, ensuring timely fulfillment.
• Communicate with suppliers regarding order acknowledgments, delivery updates, and issue resolution.
• Track incoming equipment and material deliveries and proactively communicate status updates to internal stakeholders.
• Review inventory and ERP-generated reports to help maintain appropriate supply levels.
• Assist with expediting orders and resolving vendor discrepancies, shortages, or service issues.
• Serve as a liaison between internal teams and suppliers regarding purchasing requests and material requirements.
• Support project teams with administrative coordination related to equipment, inventory, and procurement activities.
• Provide responsive customer service and address inquiries in a professional and timely manner.
• Follow established safety policies and procedures while maintaining a safe work environment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• 3+ years of experience in purchasing, procurement, supply chain, inventory, logistics, operations support, or a related field.
• Experience working with purchase orders, vendor management, and inventory coordination.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office, including Excel, Outlook, Word, and PowerPoint.
• Experience utilizing ERP or inventory management systems preferred.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Customer-focused mindset with strong problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to work effectively in both office and operational environments.
• Bilingual skills are a plus.
