Job Responsibilities

• Welcome and assist applicants and visitors in a professional and friendly manner.

• Recruit, screen, and interview qualified candidates for various job opportunities.

• Answer incoming phone calls and respond to applicant inquiries.

• Schedule interviews, orientations, and onboarding appointments.

• Maintain accurate candidate records and update recruiting databases.

• Assist with new hire paperwork and onboarding processes.

• Support daily office operations and administrative tasks.

• Build and maintain positive relationships with candidates and clients.

• Ensure a professional and positive applicant experience from initial contact through placement.

• Perform additional administrative and recruiting duties as needed.

Key Requirements:

• Minimum 1 year of experience as a Front Desk Receptionist; staffing agency experience preferred.

• Bilingual in English and Spanish (required).

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

• Strong organizational, multitasking, and time management abilities.

• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment.

• Proficient in Microsoft Office and comfortable learning new software systems.

• Professional appearance and a positive, customer-focused attitude.

• Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain confidentiality.

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Shifts:

• Monday-Friday 8am-5PM

• Temp-Hire
