Responsibilities of Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN):

Provide high-quality nursing care to residents
Communicate effectively with residents, families, and care team members
Support restorative care and resident wellbeing
Follow facility policies and clinical standards

Requirements for Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN)

Active LPN license (Nebraska or Compact)
Compassionate, patient-focused, and committed to providing high-quality care.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to maintain accurate records and handle sensitive information confidentially.
