Developer

Akkodis is seeking a Developer for a Contract with a client in Plano, TX. The ideal candidate will be responsible for leading endtoend Salesforce implementations, ensuring ontime, onbudget delivery.

Rate Range: $60/Hour to $65/Hour; The rate may be negotiable based on experience, education, geographic location, and other factors.


Developer Job Responsibilities include:

• Manage the endtoend Salesforce project lifecycle, ensuring delivery on time, within scope, and budget.
• Act as the primary liaison between business stakeholders and technical Salesforce teams.
• Lead Agile ceremonies including sprint planning, daily standups, reviews, and retrospectives.
• Coordinate crossfunctional teams (Developers, Admins, QA, Architects) and remove delivery blockers.
• Oversee UAT, release management, deployments, and ensure adherence to Salesforce standards and governance.
• Drive DevOps and CI/CD practices while maintaining solution design and project documentation.

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• 10+ years of overall IT experience with 8+ years in Salesforce project delivery or technical leadership roles.
• Proven experience managing endtoend Salesforce implementations, preferably Salesforce Service Cloud and Service Cloud Voice (SCV).
• Strong expertise in Agile/Scrum methodologies, stakeholder management, and Salesforce governance, DevOps, and CI/CD practices.

Pay Details: $60.00 to $65.00 per hour
