Job Description Reports to: Office Manager Schedule: Full-Time Position M-F (7:30AM-4:30AM) Summary: The General Administrative Clerk provides administrative support to the office by assisting with documentation, contract processing, and title-related functions. This role requires strong attention to detail and the ability to identify discrepancies and patterns within paperwork to ensure accuracy and compliance. Essential Duties: Review and ensure proper documentation is included in each vehicle deal packet. Assist with contract processing, title work, and other administrative functions as needed. Support general office operations and perform assigned clerical tasks. Participate in cross-training across administrative office functions to support team flexibility. Identify and report discrepancies or inconsistencies in documentation. Maintain organized and accurate filing systems, both physical and digital. Ensure compliance with company policies and required HR trainings. Maintain a professional appearance and courteous demeanor at all times. Perform additional duties as assigned. Qualifications: High school diploma or GED required Accounting knowledge preferred Strong organizational skills, able to multi-task, can manage time to meet frequently changing deadlines in a fast-paced environment. Proficient in Microsoft Office products Must be focused, detail oriented, and very thorough.
