We at Mr. Appliance are looking for qualified professionals to join our team. As an international appliance repair franchise network with over 300 locations, we have an immediate opening for a Customer Service Representative. As an CSR, you are a key member of our team. Responsible for acting as a liaison among customers, technicians and Mr. Appliance of Scarsdale managers. Assists with orders, complaints, errors, account questions, billing, cancelations, and other queries. This position is right for you if you are self-motivated, genuinely excited to help internal and external customers, patient, empathetic, and passionately communicative, love to talk. Position Summary The objective of this position is to ensure excellent service standards and maintain high customer satisfaction. Specific Responsibilities Answer phones Enter data into software package (SmartWare) and schedule service calls Route service calls Notify customers of service call times daily. Includes email or phone call. Dispatch jobs to technicians Inventory management Respond to emails from customers and vendors same day Maintain contact with technicians throughout the workday Make follow-up calls to customers daily to check operation of unit repaired Close work orders as they are returned by technicians.
