Blanche Gilder Community Services is looking for a Med Tech to join our team. We are located in Raleigh, but we are looking for someone to fill a position at our Henderson, NC location.
We are currently looking for candidates interested in both full-time and part-time opportunities . Our ideal candidate is self-driven, punctual, reliable, and compassionate , with a strong commitment to providing quality care and support to our residents.
Schedule
Part-Time Position
- Saturday and Sunday
- 8:00 AM – 8:00 PM
- Weekend availability required
Full-Time Position
- Monday through Friday
- 8:00 AM – 8:00 PM
- Full-time availability required
Responsibilities
- Provide assistance to patients.
- Ensure patients receive their proper medication in a timely manner.
- Communicate with medical professionals and setup appointments.
- Prepare and administer meals.
- Perform light cleaning duties.
- Drive company vehicle to and from appointments.
Qualifications
- Experience working as a personal care aide or similar field
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to remain empathetic to patient needs
- High attention to detail
- Certifications that may apply
Hiring Process
As part of our hiring process, selected applicants will be required to:
- Provide three (3) references
- Successfully complete a background check
- Successfully pass a pre-employment drug screening
