The Retail Service Representative will focus on providing customer service for delivery partners and customers./ph3Responsibilities/h3ulliResponds to homeowner/delivery partner requests/inquiries./liliProcesses complex orders/requests, with 100% accuracy from intake to filing./liliEnsures customer management system is updated appropriately./liliClarifies, diagnoses, and resolves customer order issues./liliSchedules appointments with homeowners./liliCreates packets or other materials as required for sales fulfillment process./liliPrepares customer correspondence./liliIdentifies and implements ways to improve overall level of service./liliCommunicates order fulfillment process information to internal delivery partners and provides customer/delivery partner feedback./liliAdministers programs, e.g. customer referral program./liliMay train others in office and customer service processes./liliMay create purchase orders, process payments or process receipts./li/ulh3Qualifications/h3ulliHigh school diploma or equivalent plus 2-4 years work experience to include order processing work/liliDemonstrated word processing, spreadsheet and general computer skills/liliStrong phone etiquette verbal skills to facilitate problem resolution/liliIntermediate writing skills/liliAble to determine customer needs and assist in resolving issues for assigned area./liliKnowledge of products/services/liliPersuasiveness/liliTime management/liliResults orientation/li/ulpPay Range: $21.90 - $31.70/ph3Culture and Benefits/h3pAt Andersen, we believe our people are at the heart of everything we do.
