Bill Rate: $30-$33/hour

Roles & Responsibilities

Implement tailored treatment plans developed by Physical Therapists to help patients regain mobility and independence
Assist patients with therapeutic exercises, functional activities, and ambulation training
Monitor and document patient progress, adjusting treatments within the plan of care
Educate patients and their families on home exercise programs and safety strategies
Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to ensure comprehensive patient care
Provide compassionate care in a 198-bed skilled nursing facility

Qualifications

Valid Physical Therapist Assistant license in Missouri
Open to new graduates - we welcome and mentor recent grads!
Experience in skilled nursing or geriatric rehab is a plus
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work effectively within a team

Knowledge & Skills

Knowledge of therapeutic exercises and modalities
Understanding of patient documentation standards
Compassionate and patient-centered approach
Time management and organizational skills
Basic computer skills for documentation
