This role requires excellent time management, attention to detail, and a commitment to providing exceptional customer experience. If you enjoy working independently, staying active, and being part of a high-performing team that values safety, reliability, and customer satisfaction, we'd love to have you join Rainforest Runners and help deliver smiles every day.Compensation: $20.50 - $21.50 per hourExpected hours per week full time: 40Expected hours per week part time: 10+ResponsibilitiesSafely operate a company-provided delivery van while following all traffic laws and Amazon safety standards.Load, organize, and deliver packages efficiently to homes and businesses.Navigate delivery routes using GPS and Amazon delivery technology.Complete deliveries accurately and within scheduled timeframes.Provide friendly, professional customer service during every delivery.Verify delivery information and obtain customer signatures when required.Perform vehicle inspections before and after each shift and promptly report maintenance or safety concerns.Communicate effectively with dispatch and management regarding delivery status, route issues, or delays.Follow all company policies, DOT regulations (where applicable), and Amazon operating procedures.Maintain a clean, organized, and secure delivery vehicle.Work in varying weather conditions and safely lift, carry, and deliver packages weighing up to 50 pounds.QualificationsAs a Delivery Associate, You'll Need:Must be at least 21 years of age.Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.Ability to pass a background check and drug screening.Ability to safely lift, carry, push, and pull packages up to 50 pounds.Comfortable walking, climbing stairs, and entering/exiting a delivery vehicle throughout the day.Strong communication and customer service skills.Excellent organizational and time-management abilities.Ability to work independently while meeting performance expectations.Previous delivery, courier, warehouse, or customer service experience is preferred but not required.What We OfferCompetitive hourly payPaid trainingPaid time offHealth, dental, and vision benefits (where applicable)Company-provided delivery vehicleUniforms providedOpportunities for overtimeCareer growth and advancement within the companyIf you're looking for a rewarding career where every day is active and every delivery makes a difference, apply today and become part of a team committed to safety, reliability, and outstanding customer service.
