Outside Sales Representative – Home Remodeling & Home Improvement

We are a growing home improvement and remodeling company seeking driven, results-oriented Outside Sales Representatives to join our team. In this role, you will meet directly with homeowners, identify their remodeling needs, present customized solutions, and guide them through the sales process from consultation to close.

We provide training, credentialing, and ongoing support to help you succeed and grow within the industry.

What You’ll Do

• Meet with homeowners throughout your assigned territory
• Generate and follow up on qualified leads
• Conduct in-home consultations and deliver professional sales presentations
• Build trust-based relationships with customers
• Educate clients on remodeling products, services, and financing options
• Manage customer interactions and pipeline activity through CRM software
• Negotiate and close sales while delivering an exceptional customer experience
• Maintain communication with customers throughout the sales process
• Identify opportunities for repeat business and referrals
• Collaborate with management and support teams to ensure project success

What We’re Looking For

• Proven experience in home improvement, remodeling, or in-home sales
• Strong closing and negotiation skills
• Self-starter mentality with an entrepreneurial mindset
• Excellent communication and relationship-building abilities
• Ability to manage a sales pipeline and work independently
• Experience using CRM systems and sales tools
• Professional appearance and customer-focused attitude
• Design knowledge or remodeling experience is a plus
• Reliable transportation and willingness to travel within territory

Compensation

This is a full-time contractor position with commission-based pay and bonuses. Top performers have the opportunity to build a substantial income with no earning cap.
