Healing Reflection Counseling is seeking a dedicated and qualified Licensed Mental Health Counselor to join our team in a full-time remote role. The selected candidate will have the opportunity to deliver high-quality therapy to clients from the comfort of their own homes. This position requires flexibility in working hours, with regular hours from Monday to Friday, 9 AM to 5 PM. The competitive salary range for this role is between $100,000 and $110,000 annually, complemented by a comprehensive benefits package.

Key Responsibilities\n- \n
- Conducting virtual therapy sessions with clients, using telehealth platforms to ensure seamless communication and engagement. \n
- Building rapport and establishing a trusting relationship with clients to create a supportive therapeutic environment. \n
- Collaborating with clients to develop individualized treatment plans tailored to their specific needs and goals. \n
- Utilizing evidence-based therapeutic modalities to encourage positive mental health outcomes, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and other relevant approaches. \n
- Maintaining accurate electronic records of client interactions and treatment plans for ongoing evaluation and compliance with regulatory guidelines. \n
The role focuses on providing mental health support to a diverse group of clients, including adolescents, adults, and families experiencing various challenges such as anxiety, depression, relationship issues, and life transitions. As a licensed mental health counselor, you will guide clients through these difficulties, promoting personal growth and emotional resilience. Your expertise is crucial in navigating the unique needs of each individual while fostering an environment conducive to healing.
Qualifications\n- \n
- A Master’s degree in Social Work, Counseling, Marriage and Family Therapy, or Psychology is required. \n
- Possession of an active license as a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), or Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) in the state of Virginia. \n
- Strong communication skills to effectively connect and engage with clients in a virtual setting. \n
- Proficiency in utilizing telehealth platforms and maintaining digital documentation for therapy sessions. \n
- A passionate commitment to delivering quality mental health services and advocating for client welfare. \n

- At least 2 years of professional experience in therapy, with a focus on treatment planning and virtual care is preferred. \n
- Experience working with diverse populations and addressing a wide range of mental health issues. \n
- A background in evidence-based therapeutic methodologies. \n
