Role Description

This is a part-time on-site role for a Registered Dental Hygienist. The Registered Dental Hygienist will be responsible for providing preventive dental care and promoting oral health to patients. Daily tasks include performing dental cleanings, conducting oral health assessments, treating periodontal disease, educating patients on proper dental hygiene practices, and assisting the dental team in maintaining optimal oral care standards. Collaboration with dentists and other team members is essential in this role to ensure high-quality patient care.

Qualifications

• Expertise in Dentistry and proficiency in Dental Care
• Strong skills in Hygiene and Dental Prophylaxis procedures
• Knowledge and experience in identifying and treating Periodontal Disease
• Commitment to patient education and promoting preventive oral health practices
• Valid Registered Dental Hygienist license in the state of New York
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to foster positive patient relationships
• Team-oriented mindset and ability to collaborate effectively with colleagues
• CPR certification and familiarity with dental software are advantageous
