Join Allied Universal as an unarmed patrol officer at a busy retail distribution location, where you will conduct routine patrols, maintain a visible presence to help to deter security-related incidents, and support team members and visitors with strong customer service and communication. In this role, you will bring a caring, reliable approach, work with integrity, and contribute through teamwork in a fast-moving environment.

Position Type: Part Time

Pay Rate: $17.65 / Hour

Job Schedule:

What You'll Do:

• Provide customer service to clients, visitors, and staff by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and/or emergency response activities when appropriate.
• Respond to incidents, unusual activity, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, and report details according to site protocols.
• Conduct regular and random patrols throughout the location, including interior areas, entrances, loading and receiving zones, parking areas, and the perimeter.
• Monitor for unauthorized access, policy violations, and/or suspicious behavior to help support order at the location and document observations in required reports.
• Support retail and distribution operations by assisting with access control, checking designated areas, and communicating with site contacts regarding security-related concerns.

Minimum Requirements:

• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.
