Pediatrician Opportunity
HealthPlus Staffing is partnering with a well-established private practice in Port St. Lucie, FL, seeking a full-time Pediatrician to join their team. This permanent opportunity offers a supportive environment, strong community presence, and competitive compensation.
Position Details
Schedule: Full-time (5 days/week)
- One day 9:00 AM 6:00 PM
- Four days 8:00 AM 5:00 PM
- No weekends
Call:
- Once every 3rd week (phone only, minimal volume ~6 calls total per week).
- No hospital rounding
Patient Load: 2025 patients/day, comfortable pace.
Practice Type: Privately owned Pediatrics group.
Candidate Profile:
- Board Eligible/Certified Pediatrician (MD or DO).
- Spanish preferred, but not required.
- Must be comfortable with outpatient pediatric care.
Compensation & Benefits:
- Base salary: $200,000+ (negotiable with experience).
- Bonus system in place (details to be provided by owner).
- Strong long-term growth potential.
