Manager, Talent Assessment

This role directs a team of industrial and organizational psychologists to design, validate, and execute assessment strategies and translate psychometric findings into clear executive-level insights that shape business decisions.How You’ll Make an ImpactDesign, implement, and continuously improve talent assessment tools and processes such as structured interviews, simulations, and cognitive and personality assessmentsConduct validation studies, adverse impact analyses, and other psychometric evaluations to ensure assessments are legally defensible and predictive of performancePartner with HR business partners and business leaders to align assessment strategy with organizational talent needsAnalyze large-scale assessment and performance data to identify trends, risks, and opportunitiesBuild and deliver executive-level presentations that translate data insights into actionable recommendations tied to business outcomesManage vendor relationships for assessment platforms and tools as applicableEnsure compliance with relevant professional standards and regulations such as SIOP’s Principles and Local Law 144Collaborate cross-functionally to integrate assessment data into talent management and succession planning effortsWhat You’ll Bring to SpectrumRequired QualificationsEducationMaster’s degree in Industrial/Organizational Psychology or a related fieldExperience5+ years of experience implementing, validating, and maintaining employee assessmentsSkillsStrong proficiency in statistical analysis and data interpretationFamiliarity with tools such as R Studio, Tableau, or Python/SQL for statistical analysisWorking knowledge of employment law related to selection and assessmentExcellent written and verbal communication skillsPreferred QualificationsEducationPhD in Industrial-Organizational Psychology or a related fieldExperienceExperience building talent assessment programs within large complex businesses with an emphasis on frontline employee selection or leadership developmentExperience presenting data-driven insights to senior leaders or executive audiences#LI-RM1 HRC503 2026-84195 HRC503 2026 Here, our employees don’t just have jobs, they're building careers.
