Position Overview

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Bilingual Mandarin Warehouse Specialist to support warehouse and logistics operations in a fast-paced environment. This role offers hands-on training through a rotational program, providing exposure to multiple operational functions and opportunities for career growth. The ideal candidate will have at least 1 year of logistics, warehouse, or supply chain experience, strong communication skills, and the ability to work effectively with both English- and Mandarin-speaking teams.

Key Responsibilities

• Participate in a structured rotational training program, learning various warehouse and logistics functions under different supervisors.
• Support daily warehouse operations and ensure compliance with company procedures and service standards.
• Assist in monitoring operational performance and identifying opportunities for process improvement.
• Help maintain quality control standards and ensure operational consistency.
• Participate in daily operational meetings, performance reviews, and workflow planning.
• Assist with onboarding and training new team members and operational partners.
• Support regional fleet and transportation operations, including task coordination and resource allocation.
• Collaborate with internal departments and external partners to ensure efficient execution of logistics activities.
• Assist in resolving operational issues and responding to urgent situations as needed.
• Contribute to process improvement initiatives to enhance efficiency, service quality, and cost control.

Qualifications

• Bachelors degree preferred, or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Minimum 1 year of logistics, warehouse, supply chain, transportation, or related experience required.
• Bilingual in Mandarin and English (spoken and written) required to communicate with Mandarin-speaking teams and partners.
• Strong organizational, problem-solving, and analytical skills.
• Ability to multitask and work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook) preferred.
• Ability to adapt quickly and learn new operational processes.
