Senior Product Manager, Payments Gateway

Owning the payment gateway strategy and roadmap, the full-time Senior Product Manager, Payments Gateway will drive payment performance and lead engineering teams to deliver a modular, scalable gateway for B2B payments in a remote setting. Key responsibilities Own the gateway strategy and roadmap, balancing near-term improvements with long-term investments Drive payment performance by managing core KPIs and implementing optimization strategies Lead engineering teams to ensure successful execution of gateway capabilities and platform design Required qualifications 6+ years in payments or fintech product management, with at least 3 years owning a payment gateway Experience building or significantly scaling a payment gateway in production Deep understanding of transaction lifecycle, including authorization, capture, and settlement Proven track record of improving payment performance metrics such as authorization rates and processing costs Hands-on experience with AI applications in payment workflows
