Restaurant General Manager - Operations & Guest Experience

Workstream

Workstream is seeking a dedicated General Manager for our Grand Junction location. The General Manager will oversee daily operations, ensuring outstanding guest service and the successful management of staff, including Shift Leaders and hourly employees. Responsibilities include recruiting, training, and conducting performance reviews to promote an engaging work environment. Ideal candidates will possess a high school diploma or GED, alongside a minimum of three years in restaurant management.
