You'll also assist Producers in the acquisition and retention of business.Our future colleague.We'd love to meet you if your professional track record includes these skills:Bachelor's DegreeFive years of experience in a risk management consulting position either in private industry or Insurance company capacity or equivalent education and related trainingEffective verbal and written communication skillsAbility to travel in assigned territory including overnight on a regular basisProblem solving ability and negotiating skills working with senior level client staffAbove average interpersonal skillsAbility to work in a team-based environmentGoal and result orientatedAbility to complete assigned tasks with minimum supervisionThese additional qualifications are a plus, but not required to apply:ARM, CRM, CFPS, RIMS-CRMP, PTC Certificates, RMI, Fire Science degreesIndustry Experience 3-7 Years, Technical Expertise in ISO building construction classifications, NFPA standards, and OSHA RegulationsStrong analytical skills and the ability to communicate risks to clients, and internal colleaguesWe know there are excellent candidates who might not check all of these boxes. Decisions will be determined on a case-by-case basis. In addition to the base salary, this position may be eligible for performance-based incentives.
