Come join us at LabCorp!Labcorp is seeking a Courier to join our team in Lakewood, CO.Work Schedule: This is a Casual/Per Diem position; hours will be "as needed" and the start and end times will vary.Job Responsibilities:Load all necessary suppliers needed for the daily pickupsComplete daily pick-up schedule in a timely mannerDeliver all daily picks to your branch at the end of your shiftHandle all specimens and lab samples in a safe and efficient mannerSafely operate a company vehicle and obey all traffic lawsUtilize handheld electronic device to manage daily picks upWork directly with the dispatcher for additional pick-ups as neededEvaluate traffic patterns, alternative routes, and weather conditions as neededMinimum Qualifications:No education or experience requiredPreferred Qualifications:Current or Prior Labcorp experience2 or more years of professional courier or route?based delivery experience within a medical or laboratory company.1 or more years of experience handling medical specimens or supporting hospital / laboratory operations2 or more years of experience using handheld delivery?management devices or route optimization tools, such as scanners, GPS?based routing software, or dispatch applicationsAdditional Job Standards:Very punctual with strong time management skillsStrong attention to detail and organizational skillsAbility to problem solve customer issuesAble to lift up to 50 lbs.Valid Driver's License and clean driving recordBe at least 21 years' oldAll job offers will be based on a candidate's skills and prior relevant experience, applicable degrees/certifications, as well as internal equity and market data.In this position, you will be responsible for the pickup, transport, and delivery of medical specimens, lab supplies, and reports, while providing excellent service to our clients.Application Window Closes: 10/16/26Pay Range: $18.29-$24.00Benefits: Employees regularly scheduled to work 20 or more hours per week are eligible for comprehensive benefits including: Medical, Dental, Vision, Life, STD/LTD, 401(k), Paid Time Off (PTO) or Flexible Time Off (FTO), Tuition Reimbursement and Employee Stock Purchase Plan. Employees regularly scheduled to work less than 20 hours, Casual, Intern, and Temporary employees are only eligible to participate in the 401(k) Plan. Employees who are regularly scheduled to work a 7 on/7 off schedule are eligible to receive all the foregoing benefits except PTO or FTO.
