Sign-on bonus happening now until August 1, 2026 for Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs) and Home Health Aides (HHAs) at Bridges by EPOCH at Lexington! Join our remarkable nursing team and receive a sign-on bonus. Full-time $2,500 and part-time $1,250 (under 30 hours per week). Bonus will be paid out in increments starting after 45 days of employment!
