About the Position

Door County Confectionary is looking for energetic and friendly people to join their team during the peak summer-fall season. This is an excellent opportunity to work in a dynamic, fun, and customer-focused environment within one of the most popular tourist areas of Wisconsin.

Positions Available

• Ice Cream / Dippy's (principal)
• Store (Cashier + Customer Service)

Ideal Profile

• Fluent conversational English (mandatory)
• Personality:
• Energetic
• Friendly and charismatic ("bubbly")
• Excellent customer service
• Positive attitude and willingness to work as a team

Compensation

• $16 USD per hour
• ~40 hours weekly guaranteed

Schedule

• Rotating shifts according to operation
• High demand starting from July

Responsibilities

• Cash register operation (cashier)
• Customer service
• Ice cream preparation and service
• Product organization and restocking (stocking)
• Labeling and pricing
• Store closing:
• Reports
• Deposits

Location and Rotation

• Fish Creek
• Ephraim
• Possible rotation between stores as needed
