Director of Product Design

Leading a small, high-velocity design team, the full-time Director of Product Design will guide the design strategy for enterprise marketing teams working with AI, maintaining high standards of visual and interaction design while remaining hands‑on in prototyping and shipping work remotely. Key responsibilities Own and guide the design strategy, setting the vision for AI integration in enterprise marketing tools Maintain high standards of visual and interaction design across products, ensuring consistency and polish expected by enterprise customers Lead and mentor a design team as a player‑coach, actively participating in prototyping and implementing design‑to‑front‑end pipelines Required qualifications 8+ years of product design experience with a strong portfolio demonstrating exceptional visual design and product thinking 4+ years of experience leading design teams in a high‑growth SaaS or product‑led environment Hands‑on experience with AI‑native design workflows and tools such as Cursor and Claude Code Proven ability to build and manage a coherent design system ensuring consistency across products Working knowledge of front‑end code (HTML, CSS, React/JSX) and modern design tools (e.g., Figma) #J-18808-Ljbffr
