Join Allied Universal at a busy logistics and distribution location, where you will help manage access control, monitor entry points, verify visitors and/or deliveries, and support security-related operations through strong communication and customer service. In this role, you will stay visible, respond to site needs with an agile and reliable approach, and work as part of a caring team that values innovation and integrity.

What You'll Do:

• Provide customer service to visitors, drivers, and facility personnel by following site-specific access procedures, verifying credentials, monitoring entry and exit activity, and supporting security-related protocols at the location.
• Control access to gates, entrances, and restricted areas by screening visitors, checking identification, maintaining required logs, and helping to deter unauthorized entry and/or suspicious activity.
• Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, documenting observations and communicating with site contacts and/or emergency responders as appropriate.
• Conduct regular and random patrols throughout loading areas, warehouse spaces, parking areas, and the perimeter, noting unusual conditions and reporting security-related concerns.
• Support receiving and shipping operations by monitoring vehicle arrivals and departures, confirming authorization for pickups and deliveries, and helping to maintain orderly access flow during busy periods.

Minimum Requirements:

• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver's license will be required for driving positions only.
