Required Qualifications:

• Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology
• Active state licensure to practice as an SLP
• ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) or Clinical Fellowship (CF) status
• Experience, knowledge, or background in pediatric and school-based SLP settings
• Strong communication, organizational, and collaborative skills
• Ability to work full-time on-site

Primary Responsibilities:

• Assess students’ speech, language, and communication needs using standardized tests and clinical observations
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans to address a broad range of speech and language disorders
• Collaborate with teachers, parents, and interdisciplinary teams to support students’ academic and social success
• Document progress, maintain student records, and contribute to IEP meetings
• Provide guidance, resources, and training to staff and families as needed
