Client Coordinator Remote Contract Opportunity

Sirius Staffing is hiring a Client Coordinator for a remote, long-term contract opportunity. This role supports clients, physicians, nurses, and authorized representatives by managing inquiries, documentation, data entry, and case coordination, with a strong focus on customer service, compliance, and timely follow-through.

Pay & Schedule:

• Pay rate: $15/hr
• Schedule: MondayFriday, 8 a.m.4:30 p.m. EST
• Weekend coverage: 12 weekends per month
• Holiday coverage: 13 holidays per year
• Overtime - Mandatory overtime may be required based on volume and company needs

Key Responsibilities:

• Respond to client and representative inquiries regarding report status, concerns, and general information; route calls as needed
• Assist with resolving customer complaints and quality assurance issues
• Enter, update, and retrieve client/claimant information using internal systems; ensure accuracy and completeness of all records
• Maintain and archive case files; verify all client guidelines and data are current in the system
• Coordinate with QA and internal teams on workflow, pending reports, and case updates
• Contact providers for assignments and update system records accordingly
• Perform clerical tasks including typing, filing, emailing, and proofreading
• Monitor case progress, escalate report issues to management, and ensure timely case completion
• Follow all company policies and procedures (as updated), as well as state and federal regulations, including HIPAA and confidentiality standards
• Perform additional duties as assigned

Requirements:

• High School Diploma or equivalent
• Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, and internet applications
• Experience with general office equipment (computer, phone, copier, scanner, fax)
• Typing speed of at least 40 WPM
• Ability to learn and maintain HIPAA compliance and confidentiality standards
• Strong attention to detail, accuracy, and accountability for the quality of work
• Effective communication skills and ability to work both independently and within a team
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize and manage time efficiently
• Ability to follow instructions, adapt to change, and handle multiple tasks or interruptions
• Capable of working under pressure and managing deadlines in a fast-paced environment
• Demonstrated initiative, problem-solving ability, and commitment to continuous improvement
