RecruitWell is seeking a Board Certified Urologist for a locums opportunity in Longview, Washington. Position Details Start Date: 6/29/2026 Assignment Length: Ongoing through 12/31/2026 Coverage Need: 2 FTEs Schedule: Primarily Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM Combination of 8-hour day shifts plus 24-hour call Call Requirement: 7 days of unrestricted call per month Weekend Call: 1:2 rotation with 7-day 24-hour call coverage Typical Schedule When on call: 3 clinic days 1 OR day 7 consecutive days of 24-hour call Admin/rest day built in for physician recovery and safety When not on call: Approximately 4 clinic days per week 1 OR day 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM schedule Practice Details Coverage needed due to gap in provider coverage Practice between Medical Center and Urology Clinic located approximately 1 mile apart Both hospital and clinic privileges required Inpatient and outpatient setting Average 18 patients per day Providers will work independently Clinical Responsibilities Diagnose and treat: Erectile dysfunction Kidney stones Male incontinence Yearly refills Cystoscopies Surgical assist Standard urology procedures in both clinic and OR Procedures Include Catheter placement Stent placement Cystoscopy TURP Ureteroscopy Prostate biopsy Circumcision Shock wave lithotripsy (ESWL) Orchiopexy TURBT Hydrocelectomy Spermatocelectomy PVP Litholapaxy Facility Details 122-bed facility EMR: Epic Fast-track or urgent credentialing available Provider Requirements Board Certified in Urology Minimum 2 years of experience required Active Washington state medical license required at time of presentation IMLC not accepted for this opening Washington CSR required Required certifications: BLS ACLS(American Heart Association or American Red Cross accepted) Why This Assignment?
