What You'll Do
As an Advanced Practice Provider, you'll play a key role in delivering exceptional outpatient care while working closely with our physicians and clinical team.
Responsibilities include:
* Conduct comprehensive new patient evaluations and follow-up visits
* Perform focused physical examinations and document clinical findings
* Develop individualized treatment plans in collaboration with the physician
* Educate patients on diagnoses, treatment options, and expected outcomes
* Order and interpret laboratory studies, imaging, and diagnostic testing
* Manage post-procedure follow-up and ongoing patient care
* Collaborate closely with physicians, medical assistants, and administrative staff
* Participate in quality improvement initiatives and clinical protocol development
* Deliver compassionate, patient-centered care in a fast-paced outpatient environment

What We're Looking For
* Current Arizona Physician Assistant or Nurse Practitioner license
* Minimum two years of clinical experience preferred
* Experience in vascular medicine, pain management, orthopedics, interventional radiology, family medicine, urgent care, PM&R, or other outpatient specialties is a plus—but not required
* Strong clinical judgment and critical thinking skills
* Excellent communication and patient education abilities
* Compassionate bedside manner with a collaborative, team-first mindset
* Comfortable working with electronic medical records (eClinicalWorks experience is a plus)
