Electrical Manufacturing EngineerThe Electrical Manufacturing Engineer is responsible for designing, optimizing, and maintaining manufacturing processes within the Nuclear Power Generation manufacturing department, focusing on improving efficiency, quality, and cost-effectiveness by analyzing production methods, equipment, and materials, often collaborating with other departments to identify and implement improvements across nuclear product lines.ResponsibilitiesProcess/product mastery and ownershipDay-to-day shop floor supportManufacturing traveler/router creation and modificationManufacturing equipment selection and implementationDisposition of non-conforming product and equipmentProduct and process failure analysis and troubleshootingFixturing design and implementationManufacturing procedure creation, modification, and associated operator trainingEngineering change managementCapital Equipment project justifications, submissions, and managementManufacturing process and quality control through collaboration with operators, data collection, and trend trackingManufacturing process auditsPurchasing manufacturing tooling and consumablesScrap reduction through process improvement projectsRequired QualificationsBachelor's degree from an accredited university or college requiredAt least 4 years of experience preferred in Manufacturing, Process Engineering or other Electrical/Electronic Engineering based positions.
