Football Scoreboard Production LeadThe Scoreboard Production Team Lead will oversee all creative and technical aspects of game-day scoreboard operations. This individual will be responsible for pre-game preparation, creative direction, and in-game execution, ensuring a high-energy and professional fan experience. The Team Lead will manage team members, prepare game plans, and coordinate content for each home game.Key Responsibilities:Lead all scoreboard and video board operations during home football gamesDevelop game-day production plans, including hype videos, player introductions, and in-game prompts, with implementations of sponsor adsProvide creative direction for video, graphics, and live contentCoordinate and supervise production team members during setup, rehearsal, and live gamesOperate or oversee operations of the digital scoreboard systemManage live camera feeds and ensure smooth transitions during gameplayConduct pre-game equipment checks, setup, and breakdownCollaborate with athletic staff to align content with game flow and school brandingQualifications:Prior experience with AV production, broadcasting, or live events preferredFamiliarity with scoreboard systems, video switchers, or live streaming platforms is a plusStrong leadership, organization, and communication skillsCreative mindset with attention to detail and timingAbility to remain calm and decisive in a live game environmentMental Demands/Physical Demands/Environmental Factors:Tools/Equipment Used: Standard office equipment including computer and peripherals; standard instructional equipmentPosture: Moderate standing; occasional kneeling, squatting, bending, and stoopingMotion: Moderate walkingLifting: Regular light lifting and carrying (less than 15 pounds)Environment: Work inside and outside (exposure to sun, heat, cold, and inclement weather); exposure to noiseMental Demands: Work with frequent interruptions; maintain emotional control under stress
