Assistant Manager Requirements & Qualifications
  • Previous QSR restaurant experience required with a drive-through
  • Management experience required
  • Flexible schedule availability, including nights and weekends
  • Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
Assistant Manager Day-to-Day Responsibilities
  • Lead daily operations with a focus on high-quality, consistent food production
  • Train and develop both kitchen and front-of-house team members on procedures and standards
  • Ensure all cleanliness, food safety, and regulatory standards are met
  • Deliver exceptional guest service across all channels and lead by example
  • Recruit, hire, and coach team members to reach performance and sales goals
  • Motivate and support the team on every shift to foster a positive environment
