HVAC Technician

HVAC Service Technician (1.5–3 Years Experience) 1.5 – 3 yr experienced tech! Reed Restaurant Repair services commercial kitchens across the region with rooftop units, walk‑ins, make‑up air, and a range of real‑world problems. We need solid techs who can handle the field, keep systems running, and grow fast with a team that has your back. You'll be the go‑to for HVAC service calls, performing maintenance, diagnostics, and light repairs on a wide range of commercial equipment. This role is not entry‑level – we’re looking for technicians who already know their tools and want to get even better. What You’ll Be Doing Troubleshoot and service rooftop units, walk‑ins, reach‑ins, and make‑up air systems Perform scheduled preventive maintenance and identify repair needs Communicate clearly and professionally with customers Document your work and parts usage through our mobile app Stay organized with your van, parts, and inventory Collaborate with senior techs when needed Requirements 1.5–3 years of hands‑on HVAC or refrigeration experience (commercial preferred) EPA Certification required Own basic hand tools Comfortable working on rooftops and in restaurant environments Reliable, accountable, and ready to work independently Clean driving record and ability to pass a background check Do Not Apply If You have not worked at least 1.5 years in the HVAC or refrigeration field You are not EPA certified You do not have your own set of hand tools You are not dependable or ready to work full‑time You are not comfortable working in a physical, fast‑paced environment Pay & Perks $70,000–$110,000+ per year (Hourly + OT + Bonuses), depending on experience and readiness to run calls solo.
